Paolo Restuccia

Writer and author

Writer, author and radio director. He has published the novels “La strategia del tango” (Gaffi, 2014) and “Io sono Kurt” (Fazi, 2016), as well as several short stories in literary magazines and collections. Professor of writing workshops, he has contributed to the publication of numerous contemporary authors. He is the director of the satirical program “Il Ruggito del Coniglio” on Rai Radio 2. Previously he hosted the program “Radiodue 3131”, of which he directed, and was engaged in several other very successful formats. He presides over training courses for authors and animators of the radio and television of Italian-speaking Switzerland. Since the late 80s he has dedicated himself to teaching writing for radio dramas, short stories and novels, first in the Institutes of Communication Sciences, then in the Homer School, today in the Genius School. Among his interests there are also translations from English into Italian (Story and Dialogues, by Robert McKee; Snoopy’s Guide to the Life of the Writer, edited by C. Barnaby and M. Schulz). He was a guest of the Liberevento Festival in 2022 with the book “Il colore del tuo sangue” (Ed. Arkadia).
