Luca Telese

Journalist, author and TV presenter

He is an Italian journalist, writer, author and TV presenter. Parliamentary journalist and former spokesman for the Communist Refoundation Party, he began his career by collaborating with “l’Unità”, “il manifesto”, “Il Messaggero” and “Il Foglio”. From 1999 to 2009 he worked for the newspaper “Il Giornale”, dealing mainly with what is happening in the left side of the Italian political system, and with entertainment and culture. To date he collaborates with «La Verità». He was the author of some television broadcasts and presenter of the Planet 430 television program. Since 2007 he has hosted the Tetris program on LA7 which intertwines politics and TV, while since June 2010 he has hosted On air, an evening in-depth talk show of LA7. In September 2013 he moved to Mediaset to host Matrix, a late evening political in-depth television program. He directs the series “Radici nel Presente” of the publishing house Sperling & Kupfer, with which Telese published in 2006 the book Cuori neri – in which he traced the murder of 21 young right-wing militants, mainly from the “Fronte della goiventù”, over the years lead -, Qualcuno era comunista (2009), Gioventù amore e rabbia (2011), and Cuori contro (2017).
