Otto Gabos’ activity moves between comics, illustration and didactics. In his almost twenty years of activity, he has worked for numerous magazines, illustrated books and was part of some of the most important movements in comics. He expands his collaboration by writing a story of Conan the Barbarian for Marvel Italy in four hands with Massimo Semerano which will be released in various European countries. He illustrates covers and volumes for Mondadori, Einaudi, Zanichelli, Paravia, Bruno Mondadori, Giunti, alternating fiction for children with educational editions for schools. After a long didactic activity that ranges in different courses and private schools, he arrives at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna where he teaches comics practice. He is the cultural manager of the festival of comics and illustration Arena which is held annually in Bologna. He was a guest of the Liberevento Cultural Festival in 2012.
