Journalist and author
Born in Australia to a family originally from Sassari, he began collaborating with the sports pages of the newspaper La Nuova Sardegna at the age of 18. In 1993 he dealt with news for the same newspaper, becoming a correspondent for Montiferru. Since 1997, for three years, he coordinated the journalistic editorial staff of Radio Planargia, a radio station in the diocese of Alghero-Bosa. In January 2000 he hired by the newspaper L’Unione Sarda and assigned to the editorial office of Oristano, where he deals with crime and judicial news, as well as coordination of the Marghine-Planargia page. In 2008 he moved to the central editorial office of Cagliari, where he deals with municipal politics in the capital. Since 2011 he has been at the helm of the Politics department and, at the same time, has taken over the management of the television program “Dentro la Notizie”, broadcast on Videolina. In 2013 he became director of the newspaper L’Unione Sarda, a position from which he resigned on 9 September 2016. He was a guest of the Liberevento Cultural Festival in 2012 with the book “Cossiga dalla A alla Z” (Ethos Ed.).
