Born in Cagliari, specializing in Sardinian Studies at the University of Cagliari, she has taught in high schools for years. She collaborated with newspapers, magazines and edited several works on the culture and history of Sardinia (Sagre e Feste, Janus 1987; Il porto di Cagliari, Janus 2002). With Sergio Atzeni she wrote “Fiabe Sarde” (first edition 1978; reprint with Condaghes in 1992); with Tonino Oppes “Tutti buona arriva Mommotti” (Condaghes 2008); with Mohammed Ayyioub “Fiabe palestinesi” (Condaghes 2009). In 2004 she published the novel “Si chiama Violante” (Il Maestrale), in 2011, with Giovanni Follesa, “Terra Mala” (Il Maestrale). She was a guest of the Liberevento Cultural Festival in 2015 with the book “Avanti Marsch!” (Arkadia Ed) and in 2020 with the book “Fiabe sarde” (Ed. Condaghes).
